Senior Software Engineer
Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of scalable and high-performance software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and contribute to the growth and success of our business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy software applications, ensuring that they meet quality standards, performance benchmarks, and project deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in accordance with industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, unit tests, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
- Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance and support, and promote knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.
- Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Digital Marketing Manager
Role
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement and retention. You will oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote products/services, increase website traffic, and drive conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, and automation, to nurture leads and engage with customers.
- Manage social media channels, create engaging content, and interact with followers to build brand loyalty and foster community engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to measure ROI and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
